•Executive Partner with more than thirty years of experience in financial statement auditing and taxation, with extensive expertise across banks, financial institutions, investment entities, and holding companies, in accordance with Egyptian Accounting Standards (EAS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

•Strategic tax planning advisor providing effective solutions to enhance financial efficiency and reduce tax risks while ensuring full compliance with local and international regulations; has led tax planning and audit assignments for major banks and leading companies across various sectors.

Dr. Mohamed Sharkawy

Dr. Mohamed is a financial and administrative consultant specializing in institutional transformation, integrating strategy, technology, and management consulting expertise to support individuals and organizations in achieving success. He brings over 20 years of professional experience across Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

In 2004, he began his career at the Arab Accountants & Auditors Office, supporting entrepreneurs and investors in company formation, implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, and digital transformation.

In 2008, he assumed regulatory and executive responsibilities at the UAE Ministry of Finance as a Senior Financial Controller, where his expertise expanded to include internal audit, strategic management, sustainability, governance framework development, and financial policy formulation.

In 2011, he joined McMillan Woods Global.

In 2013, he founded Activity Consulting in Abu Dhabi to support individuals, organizations, and decision-makers through professional training programs (financial and administrative), designing Return on Investment (ROI) evaluation frameworks, and preparing financial feasibility studies.

In 2017, he expanded his scope of work as Partner of Consulting & Training at Kreston Hisham El-Afandi & Co., a member of Kreston Global, leading valuation and financial analysis engagements, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, liquidation processes, and the design and delivery of strategic training programs for banks, corporations, and government entities.

In 2020, he continues to provide professional and consulting services under the umbrella of McMillan Woods Egypt.
